A strong 4-bolt aluminum connecting rod. Features include 0.875" pin w/ the exception of the 10HP length which use a 0.861" pin size. This has been the most successful aftermarket connecting rod in garden tractor pulling history. Due to this rod's large cross section and shot-peened finish, fatigue
resistance is unmatched. All of our rods require a rod bearing.

| Large Flywheel |

Complete balanced large diameter flywheel with ring gear installed (customer supplies the ring gear or a $40.00 ring gear core charge will be assessed. $35.00 will be refunded upon receipt of a good ring gear.) It features (2) 1" holes positioned on the wheel to allow the removal of the endplate assembly without pulling the flywheel off the crank.

| Billet Aluminum Head Blank |

This 1.5" thick 6061 aluminum cylinder head blank allows for the use of high lift cams and long reach spark plugs. We have drilled and countersunk for the stock 10 bolt head pattern, but the combustion chamber is left completely unfinished. This alloy
can be welded. It is thick enough for cooling fins to be machined if
desired. The same blank is also available in the 9 head bolt pattern

Aluminum Head Blank w/ CNC'd Combustion Chambers |
Engine application: K341
This is the same head blank as listed above w/ the 10 bolt pattern drilled and
counter bored, but the bottom side has been decked flat and a stock altered combustion chamber has been CNC milled into the blank. This combustion chamber has been set up for stock valve sizes in the stock locations. It will
accommodate 0.330" lift cams. Cooling fins can also be added to the top side. Some may also find this a great way to build cylinder heads for larger classes since the same combustion chamber could be
clearanced for larger valves and higher lift. It should also be noted that this combustion chamber is machined in a true 3-Dimensional
CNC milling process.

| Thick ReCast Cylinder Head Blanks |

Our high quality recast 16 HP Cylinder head with additional metal in all the places you'll need it. Fins in head enable engine to cool down more quickly between runs. Valve pockets in stock location. It is made from A356 heat treated to T6 -
and can be welded.
It is ideal for the stock altered class and classes that require a
factory look-alike head. Small valve pocket enables you to enlarge
for your particular application. Upon completion of the valve
pocket, you may locate and drill the spark plug hole in your
preferred position. A good plug for this thick head is the NGK
BP8ES. Available in 10 HP, 12 HP, 14 HP, and 16 HP. Specify when ordering.

Auxiliary Crankshaft Bearings & Supports |
Engine application: K241, K301, K321,

These auxiliary outboard bearing supports serve to add an additional bearing to the front and rear of the crankshaft immediately off the front of the block and directly off the endplate on the flywheel side. We feel that they reduce flexing of the crankshaft and aid in smoothing vibrations natural to high performance single cylinders. They are installed by placing the bearing and cup onto the crankshaft (Our cranks are already ground to accept our bearing.) The cup and bearing assembly can then be rotated and used as a drill jig to drill and tap the end of the block and endplate to accept the
auxiliary support. Our supports come with eight holes drilled, any four or more holes may be used. Even if you can only
accommodate supporting your crank on one end, we maintain that 'one is better than none'.

| Billet Aluminum Oil Pan for Kohler Blocks |
Engine application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361
This super duty billet aluminum oil pan weighs in under 5 lbs and has material added where it is needed. It comes with a magnetic drain plug and a shallow sump area.
Capacity is between 1 and 1.5 quarts depending on your stroke combination. It has high quality steel thread inserts where the pan bolts to the
chassis to ensure that it won't wear out or pull threads when going in and out of your
chassis. It also comes with (4) hardened washers to go under the heads of the bolts to properly secure the
oil pan to your block. This oil pan is the full 1.062"
thickness, the SAME as stock, it does NOT require washers under the
pan to obtain proper spacing. -
