VM07 Tires

Features:

  • 12" x 12" x 26"
  • 29 full chevron lugs
  • Full 5/8" depth of lug
  • 5 degree forward rake on lug face
  • VM07's do not require hardening (70-75 Shore A scale durometer out-of-the box)
  • 1/4" lug underlayment allowing for extremely deep lug modifications
  • Symmetrical 15 deg chevron lug angle
  • Will perform "out-of-the box" and not require cutting
  • Abrasive resistant compound for long wear characteristics
  • Flexible sidewalls with a softer compound
  • Strong beads that hold air
  • Average weight 36 lbs each
  • Rolling circumferences from 81" - 83"
  • All tires have been mounted to rims, inflated to 7 psi, measured, labeled, and de-mounted for circumference matched sets
  • Can be shipped via UPS, or picked up on location

The VM08 is a completely new tire to the VM tire family.  With a new design and new tooling, the VM08 seeks to provide performance and value.  The 08 attempts of fill the void for a tire that is slightly less aggressive and with a 1/2" tall lug rather than cutting down the 5/8" lug of the VM07.  The VM08 has more crown, sharper bar angles, and a vertical lug face giving it a very traditional look.

VM07 Tires Cut to Full Depth of Lug

Joe Caudy of Central Ohio Tire and Chassis performed the task of maxxing out a set of VM07 tires.  This illustrates how deep the lugs can go.  The lugs are a full 7/8" (0.875") and do not even begin to intrude into the cord wrapping of the tire.
