52mm VM Carburetor
 

Application: UNIVERSAL

52mm of extreme air flow and fuel atomization.  Set-up for alcohol and includes a velocity stack with filter adaptor ring to mount a 4" I.D. filter. We've ran this setup on a variety of manifolds on engines from 30 cu.in. all the way to 60 cu in. After countless dyno test against every other carb out there, this out performs. It can be tricky at idle, but under load it begins making power low with a strong jet signal and has the large 52mm venturi to keep breathing at the top end - $575.00

Billet aluminum 7.5 inch long manifold with 3.5" diameter flanges on both ends. It is not drilled for any bolt holes. Tapered from 2.1" diameter down to 1.8" diameter on the small end - $100.00

Recast Carburetor

Engine application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361, UNIVERSAL

This is what is commonly referred to as the Boat Carburetor. It is a 1.200" legal carburetor designed for the Pro Stock class. It is constructed with all new components, many of them are custom manufactured. We can set them up for gasoline or methanol.

Each carburetor is flow tested to meet our high CFM and strong jet-signal requirements. The velocity stack included is made to adapt to our K&N Air Filter. Air filters are recommended with all our carburetors. No core required - $425.00

1" Stock Altered Carburetor

Engine application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361, UNIVERSAL

1" Legal stock altered carburetor w/ velocity stack and filter adaptor ring.  Customer furnishes core #26. This Stock Altered carburetor is essential in helping us to realize 40+ HP with a Stock Altered Engine. The unique thing is that we are able to achieve this starting with a stock bodied carburetor, machining it to fit our venturi design, and doing all the assembly with epoxy to ensure reliability. This is a complete Ready-to-Run carburetor.

We are also selling the venturi for this complete carburetor as a separate unit for those who wish to assemble their own carburetors. It has come to our attention that some carburetors have become available on the used market that are falsely labeled as Vogel Manufacturing built carburetors. Please be forewarned that all Vogel Manufacturing assembled carburetors are epoxy together and use a number of custom built accessories such as a custom VM throttle shafts and custom aluminum plugs to block air passages. Most likely we did not build the carburetor if it uses stock throttle shafts, set-screws for air plugs, or has NOT been epoxy together for permanent assembly. However the carburetor may still use our venturi - $325.00

1" Stock Altered Venturi
 

Application: UNIVERSAL

1" Legal Stock Altered venturi.  This unit is safely under the 1" legal limit (0.993" - 0.994"). As it is sold here, it will flow 204 CFM @ 25" WC when inserted into a prepared #26 stock bodied carburetor and maintaining a very strong jet signal. This is ideal for those who are interested in building their own Stock Altered carburetors. Ultimate flow is dependent on main jet, butterfly location, and butterfly diameter. This is basically a blank canvas for carburetor builders. There are no existing holes or passages. Instructions for boring the carburetor body will be included. Discounts will be provided for quantities of 4 or more. Custom designs can be provided upon conference - $135.00 ea.

NVM Carburetors  (No Visible Modifications for Stock Classes)

Application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361, UNIVERSAL

Stock Kohler body reworks.  Bored, reworked and set up for :

Gasoline - $129.00

Alcohol - $129.00

Customer must furnish a carburetor that has had no previous alterations.  There may be additional charges for bad or missing parts. Carburetor is internally modified to improve performance.  No boring, except the 14 h.p. carburetor manufactured with a 0.937" venturi may be bored out to 1.000" to achieve more desirable angles when rules allow a 1.000" venturi.  The modified carburetor does not include a bottom adjuster or velocity stack.  These can be added.

Velocity Stack

Engine application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361

Machined aluminum velocity stack. Bolts onto Kohler carburetors. Our K&N Air Filters clamp onto the specially grooved flange on the velocity stack. When mounted, the velocity stack is fully enclosed inside the air filter. - $42.00

 

K&N Air Filter

Engine application: K241, K301, K321, K341, K361

This large K&N air filter will clamp-on to our velocity stack. We suggest filters in all applications. Since we began using them, the time between overhauls has doubled, maintenance is reduced, and in many cases slight power increases can be found.

The black filter cover shown in the photo is additional and protects the filter from the elements when not in use. In classes where velocity stacks are not allowed, we make an adaptor ring which will allow mounting of our K&N filter to your stock carburetor.
